Update 4/30 4:44 AM
It looks like the Metrc upload issue was resolved by 10pm last night. If you have not yet uploaded your sales to Metrc please do so right away.
Update 7:47 PM
We have confirmed that this error is coming from Metrc. We are standing by for an update from the Metrc API team. I advise waiting until tomorrow morning to upload your sales by which point Metrc will hve hopefully fixed the issue.
There appears to be an issue preventing Metrc sales uploading. This issue appears to be happening at Metrcs end. We are in communication with Metrcs API support team now and they are aware of the issue.
It is possible to report your sales using the CSV function on the Upload Sales to Metrc page. We recommend using this option only as a last resort.
We will post more information as it become available. -Raja (971) 276 - 3371

Updated 1/27/18 3:00 pm
The update that we posted last night to fix the Metrc issue had its own issues so werolloed the updateback. We found what went wrong and fixed it. Metrc reporting and package information should now work properly again.
A recent change to the METRC API prevented some store from seeing correct numbers under the Metr column of the Products page. This issue may have also resulted in old packages looking like they needed to be re-imported. This issue has been fixed. We are sorry for the inconvience. Please give us a call if you have any questions. Thanks - Raja
We have had requests from multiple stores recently to create a batch adustment feature for when you accidentally sell product under the wrong TAG#. The new Metrc Batch Adjustments report is available from the Package View Sales page as well as the Reports page. The data from this report ca be exported to .CSV and uploaded to METRC. Please feel free to give me a call with questions. - Raja (971) 276 - 3371
UPDATE:The problem appears to have happened because today is our METRC anniversary. 1 year ago today we received our Metrc API Key. the first POS in oregon to do so. it looks like our Metrc API key expired today andhad to be reissued. The problem has been resolved and you can now upload your METRC sales normally.
Begining at 9 am this morning the METRC upload stopped uploading sales. We are working with METRC to fix the issue and plan to have the issue resolved before the end of the day. Please call or text me with any questions. - Raja (971) 276 - 3371
All licensees in Oregon’s Recreational Marijuana system are required to use the Cannabis Tracking System (CTS). Oregon law requires the CTS be used to ensure that marijuana and marijuana products grown within the licensed system do not leak out to the unregulated market.
The API allows Oregon licensees who prefer to transmit daily CTS data electronically to update the state data system without the need for additional updating by manual data entry.
We just received word today from Metrc that OMMPOS is the first licensed Point of Sale System in Oregon! To celebrate we are offering a deep discount on our service; $50 per month (regularly $150 per month). Sign up now and take advantage of this great price!
